In the absence of Matip, Lovren has impressed in the back-line and the Croatian should start with Van Dijk in the central defense in front of Alisson. The likes of Alexander-Arnold and Robertson should start in the full-back positions.
As far as the midfield is concerned, skipper Jordan Henderson should be rested and in his place, Oxlade-Chamberlain, who is our top-scorer in the CL this term, should be given the nod to start with Wijnaldum and Fabinho.
