The Turkish news outlet state that the European Champions admire the £14million rated (The Daily Mail) to an extent that they even made contact to inquire about him.
The 23-year-old made 20 league appearances in the last campaign and kept 5 clean sheets to help Trabzonspor finish fourth in the table, only six points behind champions Galatasaray. After the club campaign, he was handed his senior international debut on 30th May against Greece.
Liverpool let Simon Mignolet leave late in the summer transfer window and signed Spaniard Adrian to replace the Belgian international immediately.
Unfortunately, our first choice shot stopper, Alisson, suffered a calf injury in the opening Premier League fixture vs Norwich City. Since then, Adrian has been starting for the Reds, who also opted to sign Andy Lonergan to reinforce the goal-keeping department.
Our Spanish goalie was the hero in the European Super Cup contest vs Chelsea as he saved the decisive penalty to help us win the title. So far, he has done well and kept his first clean sheet at the weekend against Burnley.
Nevertheless, Alisson is one of the best GKs in the world, he recently won the UEFA Goalkeeper of the Year award and we need him back fit as soon as possible.
