Liverpool Reveal New Training Kit in Indonesia

Earlier today, Warrior Sports and Liverpool officially unveiled the Reds new training kit for next season in Jakarta, Indonesia. The black and red shirts are sponsored by one of the Anfield outfits commercial partners — Garuda Indonesia, the national airline of the country.

Liverpool legends — and previous Champions League winners — Didi Hamann, Phil Thompson and Luis Garcia all made the trip to Indonesia to both officially unveil the kit in the Central Park mall and to parade ol’ Big Ears for the masses of assembled Reds supporters.

With Champions League football secured for next season, Kopites around the world have a lot to be celebrate and Garuda will be joining in the festivities as well. “Liverpool FC has been without Champions League football for five seasons until now. This is a very special moment for the Club and fans” Hamann told the media. “What makes today extra special is that Garuda are launching their first direct flight to Europe so myself and the other former players will be taking the European Cup on that special flight.”

Sitting next to the Champions League trophy on a flight home? It doesn’t get much better than that.
